About the role
Join a successful branch in Newcastle and be part of collaborative and supportive team. You will be working closely with Account Managers, Warehousing and the Leadership team, ensuring customers are having a continuously positive experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain skills and exposure in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a variety of customers where no two days will be the same. We offer all our Customer Service Team members the opportunity to travel ‘on the road’ with our Regional Sales Reps from Western Australia to Tasmania and everywhere in between. This will give you the chance to connect with your customers and successfully establish their product needs.
About your experience
It’s important that you are a positive team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience in sales administration or Customer Service
Ability to understand your customers business
Excellent interpersonal phone skills and ability to upsell
Display a passion for customers, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Microsoft Office experience ideal
