Customer Service Officers
$35 per hour plus superannuation
6 - 12 months, with a possible extension
New Perth CBD offices, walking distance to train station
Monday - Friday; part-time and full-time opportunities available with plenty of overtime opportunity

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join a growing team for a State Government owned organisation. Ideally, you will be someone with experience in managing difficult conversations with internal and external customers, which can be challenging at times. The role also entails a large volume of inbound/outbound phone calls to customers, requiring attention to detail.
The Role
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide efficient first point of contact Customer Service advice and information
- Inbound/Outbound Customer Service calls
- Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned tasks
- Competent handling of specialised queries and escalating where required
- Responsible for delivering your allocated rostered workload
Role Requirements
- Effective call handling skills and telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritise.
- Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems
- Partake in area Emergency Response strategies to deal with Fault Calls
