Our renowned transport industry client requires Customer Service Officers who will ensure they deliver on their Customer Promise 'to never run our customer out of fuel'.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, efficient and sustainable delivery schedule.
• Analyse daily stock readings to anticipate tank capacity and delivery requirements for customers.
• Manage scheduled fuel runs in coordination with Logistics/Fleet controllers.
• Schedule delivery times to meet site and customer needs, avoiding peak times wherever possible.
• Ensure 100% customer contact for scheduled fuel runs and manage/maintain customer tank, contacts and order history on run sheets.
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with Logistics/Fleet controllers to execute the delivery schedule.
• Maintain communication with operations and receiving sites/customers to manage fuel delivery and scheduling expectations.
• Any other tasks as requested from time to time.
• Weekend on-call responsibilities on a rotating roster.
• All customers and sites have the stock levels they need.
• All customer orders and queries are responded to on time and in full.
• 100% customer contact for all fuel runs.
• Deliveries are performed within customer credit limits.
• Communication and collaboration with operations is maintained to a high standard.
• All maintenance concerns are recorded and reported to Sales and Maintenance teams promptly.
• Contracted customer KPIs are maintained and recorded as per requirements.
