Utilising our established clinics throughout metro Western Australia, the REDiMED team is able to offer the skills and services of expert, Surgeons, General Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Medico-Legal Advisors and an all-inclusive Clerical Medical Support Team.
The role of Customer Service Officer will join our Customer Service team on a full-time basis. We currently have multiple vacancies and are looking for new team members at our: Joondalup clinic, with some travel to other clinics required from time-to-time to cover leave.
Our ideal Customer Service Officers will be happy to:- Greet and welcome patients, clients and clinic visitors, following arrival procedures.
- Monitor clinic lists, patient waiting rooms and common areas to control wait times and minimize delay.
- Learn, understand and effectively communicate with patients, clients and clinic visitors regarding invoicing and payments.
- Partake in a routine cleaning and restocking roster.
- Review and file patient information, documents and forms to ensure compliance with REDiMED and client requirements.
- Handle a high volume of client enquiries and bookings via telephone and email.
- Assist co-workers and other departments where possible and required.
- Working knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS claiming.
- Experience with Genie Practice Management Software.
- Previous Medical Administration experience.
- Professional and engaging communication skills; articulate and able to converse with people from all walks of life.
