AddressOur client is seeking an experienced Help Desk Officer for a part-time opportunity in their Joondalup office.
Rate: $40 per hour plus Super
Hours: Part-time (76 hrs/fortnight)
Start: ASAP
Location: Joondalup, WA (in office – no WFH)
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Type: Temporary casual contract
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in IT support (mostly Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support) and Office365 cloud support
- Experience of Laptop and PC Image Rollout with image creation, customization and deployment.
- Experience in providing Office 365 cloud support, including troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft applications (such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Demonstration of excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal to interact with end-users effectively.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with other IT professionals.
- Experience with local government systems and business processes, while not essential, would be highly regarded.
