- Key Qualities: Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and timeliness.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exhibit professional phone etiquette, effective live chat communication, and the ability to calm difficult customers.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
- Experience in a call center or familiarity with the freight forwarding and transport industry is preferred.
