About the Job
- As a Call Centre Operator you will provide a positive customer experience for any third party’s customers
- You’ll work on rotating day or night shifts and provide support over the phone, email or livechat (we provide 24/7 Call Centre services)
- You’ll work in a supportive team environment
About you
- You may have worked in a Call Centre but we don’t mind if you haven’t
- You might have just left school or you could be looking for a career change
- You love speaking to and helping others
- You enjoy sports
- You must speak both Korean and English fluently and feel confident on the phone
- Experience in experience in fast paced highly transactional business desired but not essential
- Any sales or marketing experience is a bonus
