Key Responsibilities
Undertake outbound sales calls with a focus on specific promotional lines;
Use of internal database to drive sales calls;
Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;
Process customer orders and/or enquiries;
Advise relevant staff/departments of any specific customer requirements;
Ensure that all customer details are updated when necessary;
Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent telephone sales skills;
Excellent communication and organisational skills, including phone manner;
Previous call centre experience preferably in the food industry;
Willingness to take on new tasks and be multi-skilled in various roles within the office;
Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment;
Show initiative and a positive attitude;
Problem solving/troubleshooting abilities;
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, in particular, Outlook, Word and Excel;
