We are looking for a competent Customer Service Representative for our call centre, on a casual basis within our Customer Service team to be based at our New Farm office. The successful applicant will also have flexible work from home options. Job Description:
- First point of contact for incoming Customer Service related calls to the business.
- Manage daily workflow to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Organise outgoing daily reporting.
- Liaising with stake holders and subsequent data entry.
- Investigation of customer order related enquiries & complaints.
- Utilising Zendesk for ongoing customer relationship management.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Ability to work individually and as part of the team
- 2 years experience preferred
