Be apart of our client's supportive Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Officer, your role is to build great relationships by providing our customers with excellent customer experiences and exert a great deal of knowledge, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide order management services, enter orders into the system, daily management of EDI orders.
- Provide the fastest and most cost-effective routing for clients' queries
- Ensure all pricing and order data is accurate and up-to-date
- Contribute to team and organisational wide discussions around improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.
- Track orders and liaise with logistics department for any update.
- Manage customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Care experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of order management, backorders, warehouses processes.
- Excellent telephone and computer skills.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
- High energy levels coupled with assertiveness and initiative.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
