The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join or team based in Erskine Park, NSW. Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor, this customer focused role is responsible for providing superior, friendly and efficient Customer Service via all forms of communication to our Rondo customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic multinational, market leading company covering a wide variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing superior Customer Service with a can-do attitude
- Receiving and processing phone and email orders
- Assisting customers with technical and sales enquiries
- Invoicing in a timely manner resulting in a positive customer experience
- Assisting other Customer Service and Sales Team members
- Communicate effectively via email, phone and face to face
- Other Customer Service and admin duties as required
The Successful Candidate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service focused / able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient user of computer systems and MS Office software
- Team player with effective problem solving skills
- Must be reliable and available to work Monday – Friday
- Flexibility with working hours with availability from 6am to 5pm
