- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
- Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures
- Previous Customer Service experience in an office environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in the medical / logistics sector would be advantageous but not a necessity – highlight anything relevant in a cover letter
