We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a professional services organisation in an initial 3-Month Temp role. This role will suit an individual who can work at a fast-pace and change directions in an efficient manner, and thrives working autonomously as well as in a collaborative environment. This is a Full-time Monday-Friday position commencing immediately.
In this role you will provide essential Executive Administrative support to key stakeholders within the business.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Provide Executive level administrative support
- Diary and calendar management
- Minute taking and action agenda items
- Prepare letters, correspondence and documentation
- Manage confidential administration tasks
- Prepare budgets and reports
- Manage phone and email enquiries
- Prepare of monthly reports and papers
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be highly organised with strong time management skills will ensure success in this role
- Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
- Must be able to adapt quickly and manage when priorities
Must have or be willing to apply for a National Police Check.
