About the role:
Red Energy is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team!
You will need:
- Proven 12 months of recent Customer Service experience at a supervisory level
- The ability to work off multiple screens and through various systems
- A willingness to learn and continuously develop
- A strong customer focus and great communication skills
We are offering full time work from home opportunities, working on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm with a day off during that week.
What your day will look like:
- Being the first point of contact from existing customers through inbound calls
- Delivering a high level of Customer Service
- Call types can include general account enquiries, customer complaints, billing enquiries and taking payments
- Support from your managers and subject matter experts to achieve your targets
- 7 weeks of paid online training
