About you:
Apart from our drivers you are the face of Crazy Clark’s Car Rentals. You will meet our guests and help them kick start their holiday or car rental experience. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience with a smile. We take our recent 9.8/10 rating with Booking.com seriously and make sure that nothing is too much trouble for our guests, so that every booking builds our 5-star rating.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Delighting our customers – nothing is ever too much trouble
- Opening and closing car rental contracts
- Making reservations and checking vehicles in and out as based on customer needs
- Processing of Rental Agreements, accident and damage reports
- Checking vehicles for damage and roadworthiness
- Achieving targets in sales
- Driving vehicles as required
- Maintaining accurate data in our software system
Is this you?
- Sales driven self-motivated personable and dependable
- A positive attitude and ability to engage with a friendly manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Super organised with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including day/ or evening hours and weekends – we’re flexible and we hope you are too
- Present well and take pride in how you show up
- Can drive a computer as well as a manual car (with a full and current Aussie drivers licence)
- Ability to follow define service and sales processes and deliver sales quotas
- Able to be assertive in stressful Customer Service situations
- Previous experience in Customer Service, retail or sales
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Current and ongoing Australian work rights
