AddressRapidly growing International Freight Forwarder is looking for an experienced Customer Service person. Fast paced business looking for energetic, hardworking and reliable person to improve on their existing team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring and providing Customer Service to a broad range of different clients
- Providing quotations
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and data input of disbursement invoices
- Internal liaison with other departments and providing necessary support
- Effective communication to respond to customer concerns and operational issues
- Assist in all Customer Service requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in freight forwarding
- EDI & ICS experience essential
- Exposure to working in a team environment
- Enthusiastic, honest with a strong work ethic
