Qantas Freight is Australia’s largest independent air freight services business, getting over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling bookings for both International and Domestic freight shipments, engaging with our customers, managing bookings and disruptions, managing complaints and answering general questions. Additionally, you will also be responsible for meeting KPIs, communicating issues and recovery actions to our customers and internal departments, and providing recommendations on improvement areas to ensure the best customer experience.
You’ll have –
- Strong and passionate Customer Service focus
- Ability to work on a full-time, 7-day rotational roster basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, customer orientated with initiative and ability to achieve results
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Previous experience with a CRM (Salesforce.com or other) is preferred, but not essential
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work under time and resource constraints in order to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a high-volume call centre or face-to-face Customer Service would be highly regarded.
