Customer Service Representative role in Ballarat for rapidly growing company Your new company A local branch of global company who is a provider of agricultural science and technology, in particular seeds and pesticides. After recent amalgamation with parent company the role of Customer Service Representative is being relocated to their Ballarat site at this exciting time, where rapid expansion is expected where you will be able to actively contribute to the success of the business both locally and across Australia. Your new role As the Customer Service Representative who is experienced in Salesforce you will build customer confidence by delivering exceptional service to internal & external customers, support sales through the timely and professional execution of customers' sales orders/requests and you will provide 'customer intelligence' and help our client to build its understanding of customer needs. Accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
Implement distinguished Customer Service of exceptional standards to all customers.
Build and maintain effective service relationships with customers, warehouses, and other contacts.
Receiving, processing, invoicing, and monitoring all customer orders.
Achieving a high level of data accuracy for all orders processed.
Processing customer credits/debits/complaints effectively and efficiently in accordance with company guidelines using Salesforce.com
Executing stock allocations for customers set by Sales Managers; and using customer order prioritisation in the event of stock shortages.
Respond and resolve customer queries on order status, stock availability, expected delivery timeframes, and pricing.
Liaising with Sales Managers & the GM to both share & understand customer needs. - Participating in inventory stock forecast meetings
Actively provide feedback on ways to improve service level delivery within Customer Service.
Participating in the monthly collection of key performance data for Customer Service.
Providing Sales team with up-to-date reporting
Organising the transfer of stock between warehouses & states
Organising and/or instructing third parties of the logistics requirements
Review logistical rates and approve freight invoices.
Assist with product and industry technical support and solutions What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

Proven numeracy skills
Scala, SAP or similar software desirable
Salesforce.com experience preferable
Intermediate MS Outlook MS Excel & MS Word
Basic Product knowledge

Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
High attention to detail with regard to OH&S Highly desirable experience would include:
