The opportunity

Our Customer Service Team are focused on what matters most - our customers.  By being responsive and attentive to the needs of our customers, we aim to provide quality solutions, as well as a quality experience, through every interaction.

Being an office based Customer Service role, you will service our customers primarily through inbound phone calls and emails, however some customers may elect to make a purchase onsite. 

A successful Customer Service Representative at Brady Australia is responsible for:

  • ensuring timely and accurate entry of quotes and orders, with high attention to detail
  • responding to customer enquiries (e.g. price & availability, ETA, returns, credit/debits)
  • providing exceptional Customer Service and expert product information
  • understanding our production capabilities, and working with customers to provide custom signs and visual warning solutions
  • increasing revenue through successful call to quote and quote to order conversions, as well as identifying opportunities to up and cross-sell
  • liaising with other internal stakeholders (e.g. Warehouse, Production, Sales & Marketing) to ensure a quality customer experience, focusing on ‘getting the job done’ for our customers
  • effective problem solving with the ability to think outside of the box, never shying away from a challenge and always solution oriented
  • understanding the importance of company process and adhering to compliance guidelines

This role is onsite, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

  • exceptional time management with a high attention to detail

  • technologically minded with the willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
  • experience with SAP will be highly regarded

This role may also suit a recent graduate who is looking to take their first step into a corporate organisation, and is excited to learn the various aspects of business through a Customer Service role.
