About the Client
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing IT service provider in Perth, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional services spanning nearly 3 decades. Currently, they are looking to expand their team and hire a Customer Service Representative who has prior experience working in MSP environments.
About the Role
You will act as the glue between the customers and the IT support engineers.
General duties would be as such:
- Responding to customer support enquiries via phone and email
- Triaging new support tickets and directing them to the appropriate team
- Maintaining staff calendars, CRM and ticket management system
- Booking/scheduling/rostering of IT Support Engineers
- Monitoring Support Engineer’s progress throughout the day
- Coordinating and redeploying resources to respond to emergencies.
- Communicating with customers, help desk and field engineers.
- Supporting and mentoring new team members
- Anything that may ruin an otherwise perfectly planned out day!
About You
Our client is seeking a Customer Service dynamo who thrives on brightening people's days! If you've got a minimum of 1 year in a similar role, that's fantastic. While some IT knowledge or industry experience would be a bonus, it's not a deal-breaker. What's crucial is your top-notch MS Office skills, speedy typing, and a knack for professionalism on the phone paired with genuine care. We're looking for someone who's not just reliable but also organized to the T. Oh, and if you happen to be fit and healthy, that's a plus! You must be currently based in the Perth metro area, no need to relocate.
