GoActive Outdoors is a subsidiary of the ARB Group, and is the exclusive importer and distributor of Thule Sport & Cargo and Active with Kids range of products. GoActive Outdoors is also the exclusive importer and distributor of Konig tyre chains.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with GoActive distributed products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve them via phone or email.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a great understanding of the company's products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions via our CRM platform.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on product usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
About you:
- Experience in a technical sales or retail sales role.
- Passion for outdoor lifestyle advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting product repairs and consumer issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
