WOW Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a Manufacturing and Safety Equipment business, based in Western Sydney with an immediate start available.
** $60,000 - $70,000k + Super **

Join a market leading supplier offering a variety of safety products and solutions to a number of different industries including Health and Aged Care, Local Government, Education, Retail and Real Estate and Industrial Manufacturing.
What you will do?
- Monitor and respond to customer phone, email and web enquiries.
- Manage and service inbound product orders.
- Prepare and follow up customer quotations & orders referring to price lists and product literature.
- Upsell and cross sell company products to new and current clients.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Carry out proactive Customer Service related phone calls.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal team members.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information when required
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through sales activity to appropriate company staff.

- 2+ years experience in a product oriented Customer Service environment.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent communication skils - written and verbal.
