Our Pumps & Systems business is growing, and we need someone with strong organisational and people skills to help us provide high quality customer service to our customers across Australia and New Zealand. As the successful candidate, you'll be fundamental in helping us succeed. You'll be a primary contact for many customers, and you'll be instrumental in keeping the business running smoothly. - Technical Sales administration: Order Processing of industrial pumps and
macerators, purchasing from our local and overseas suppliers, stock management, documentation handling and general tasks. - Planning and Logistics: prepare assembly and production orders, maintain close contact with the operations team to ensure orders are on track as per required delivery date.
- Front-line customer service: telephone and email
- Maintain close and effective relationships with company Sales, Service & Finance teams to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service at all times.
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Production or Industrial Engineering, or similar (preferred)
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, or a similar role (preferred)
- Flexible ‘can-do’ attitude with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision, as well as part of a team
- Competent with Microsoft Office Software tools; prior experience with ERP, CRM and would be an added advantage
- Willingness to learn systems and follow written guidelines
- Full work rights (valid visa) for Australia
