Customer Service Representative
Kids Gourmet Food is a volume catering business and the National leading provider of prepared meals to the childcare industry in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne. Our growing business is based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Officer, 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday.
Working within our Customer Service Team, your primary role will be the first point of contact for our customers, both new and existing. You will be well organised with a passion for serving customers and a real drive and determination to see things through.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Customer Service experience to ensure solutions are delivered.
- Assist new and existing customers with general enquiries
- Manage customer issues regarding website, orders, food delivery and equipment
- Set up and maintain customer accounts and databases
- Working as part of the team to ensure we meet the needs of our customers.
- Supporting the Sales Team with customer related activities.
- Developing and maintaining effective procedures and/or processes to achieve work outputs.
- General office administration (reports, typing, filing and data entry)
- Manage telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner
You will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and reprioritise as business demands change.
- Working knowledge of CRM programs, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience in the food/childcare industry would be highly regarded, but not essential.
