The successful applicant will become an integral member of our Customer Service Team which includes key responsibilities such as:
Ensure client rate schedules are current and applied on all jobs
General Administrative duties.
Liaising with all our loyal customers & overseas offices and assist in the resolution of international Air & Sea cargo orders.
Develop and maintain long term business relationships with customers.
Maintain customer status reports and organisation profiles
Joint customer meetings with the commercial team members
Generate customer quotes.

Experience within Freight Forwarding industry would be advantageous but not a must.
