Do Work that Matters
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome calls
Missed payments and early-intervention collections
Simple Customer Service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions available with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Hours and training
We have multiple start dates throughout the year. To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
Available to work a minimum 15 hours per week, split over 3 shifts (minimum 5 hours per shift). 2 of these 3 shifts will be weeknights from 3pm - 8pm.
Available to work from the Sydney Eveleigh office, once a fortnight. Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability.
Training will commence with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for the first 4 weeks (3 days). Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
There are opportunities to transition to permanent part-time positions.
