8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm working hours - Hybrid role – WFH and 1 day onsite at Bella Vista
Let's talk about the role:
This role is to provide exceptional Customer Service, sales and marketing support via different channels of communication. You will be addressing customer enquiries related to ResMed products, services, warranty, order processing, data entry and resolving general complaints. Providing first line technical and clinical assistance and escalating the issue to relevant teams for timely resolution.
We are looking for a superstar who lives and breathes Customer Service and loves being on the phone providing a gold star customer experience.
- Create an amazing experience across all interactions and pathways, striving to meet the customer's needs in their first point of contact.
- Handle registration and warranty enquiries
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership of our customer's experience including receiving customer feedback and troubleshooting through product enquiries
- Advocate for and educate on the continued usage of ResMed products and services to the consumer throughout their ongoing sleep health journey to Awaken their Best.
- Actively think of and be involved in continuous improvements projects and their implementation to support both partners and customers
- Assist with product replenishment orders and pay enquiries
The Customer Care Team is based at our Bella Vista Campus. It is fully equipped with a fitness centre, café and onsite undercover parking.
Let’s talk about you:
To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience in an inbound or outbound telesales environment
- Technologically literate (MS Office, CRM & phone systems)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), exceptional active listening abilities.
- Has demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Willingness to embrace change and commitment to continuous improvement
- Aptitude for problem solving, dealing with difficult consumers while always staying solution focused
- Ability to work autonomously, interpret instruction and follow process and procedures.
- A self-starter with the ability to work within varied environments
- If you are knowledgeable in using Salesforce or ORACLE this is a bonus
