Division: Weir ESCOLocation: 64 Mustang Drive, Rutherford, NSW, 2320Purpose of Role: The Customer Service Representative (Internal sales) supports the local sales team by resolving customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively. Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, purchase orders, quotes, suggestions and complaints. - Customer service: Execute first-line customer engagement processes. Process customer sales orders, returns, credits, and invoices through established standards and procedures. Institute the proper procedures to settle customer complaints while constantly striving to exceed the expectations of the customer. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, product maintenance, services, policies, procedures, deliveries, etc.
- Internal sales: Communicate customer requirements to the appropriate people within the organization to ensure conformance to customer purchase orders and inquiries. Prepare, send and follow up on requests for quotations and other activities necessary to promote sales
- Data integrity: Complies with ESCO's sales processes by adhering to "CRM" (Salesforce) standard work; this in includes daily activity logs, opportunity management, and customer contact information.

- Prior exposure working in the Customer Service role, with excellent communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite (word, outlook, teams, excel) and experience with oracle (preferred but not essential)
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo background checks (including a pre-employment medical).
