Splend was founded in Sydney in 2015. As on-demand driving became part of modern society, we expanded to nine cities across Australia, the Americas, and Europe, grew our global team to over 150 employees, and raised $25 million in equity and over $200m in vehicle financing to date.

We’ve helped students, retirees, former refugees, and single parents find work they love, which fits their lifestyle. We take pride in everything our members and teams achieved so far, and we’re only just getting started.

About the role

Our newly created Customer Service Representative role will act as the first point of contact between Splend and its current and potential customers. This phone based role will be responsible for supporting our customer facing team on the ground in the hubs across Australia by resolving any queries or enquiries in a timely manner.

What you'll be responsible for
  • 🛟 Query Handling

    Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences

  • 👥 Collaborative Issue Resolution

    Collaborate with other people or teams to resolve complex customer issues

  • 👍🏼 Complaints Resolution

    Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences
