Customer Service Representative / Part Time

They are seeking an organised and experienced Customer Service Representative to work with their established team.

The key responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing professional service and support on an extensive product range
• Responding to requests for quotes
• Processing purchase orders
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Accurate record keeping of products, pricing and customer account details
• Adherence to quality management systems
• Work with the leadership team to execute customer engagement initiatives
• Work with the Customer Service Manager to maintain and report on Customer Service metrics, including on time delivery of quotations and sales performance
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are managed
• Provide assistance to management and connected teams as required

Located at the Albury Airport Industrial Estate, this permanent part-time position is available for immediate start. Hours are somewhat negotiable to help you achieve your work/life balance. There is also scope to increase hours in the future.
