They are seeking an organised and experienced Customer Service Representative to work with their established team.

- Responding to requests for quotes
- Processing purchase orders
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Accurate record keeping of products, pricing and customer account details
- Adherence to quality management systems
- Work with the leadership team to execute customer engagement initiatives
- Work with the Customer Service Manager to maintain and report on Customer Service metrics, including on time delivery of quotations and sales performance
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are managed
- Provide assistance to management and connected teams as required
