As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome calls
Missed payments and early-intervention collections
Simple Customer Service enquiries

This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office. We currently have Part Time positions available in May with the below shift:
Monday - Friday, 2.00pm - 7.00pm AWST

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, once a fortnight
Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training.
Training will be for 2.5 weeks on Monday - Friday, 11.00am - 4.00pm AWST
Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period
