Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Do Work that Matters 
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:​

• ​Concierge and welcome calls​

• Missed payments and early-intervention collections​

• Simple Customer Service enquiries

​This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.​ We currently have Part Time positions available in May with the below shift:

• Monday - Friday, 2.00pm - 7.00pm AWST

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:​

• ​Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, once a fortnight​

• Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability​

• Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training.

• Training will be for 2.5 weeks on Monday - Friday, 11.00am - 4.00pm AWST

• Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period​

• Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career​
