Customer Service Representative
Reporting to the Team Manager this position will be responsible to ensure that all inbound customer queries are resolved. Supporting customers with after-sales care in relation to consumer electronics and appliances
Key Responsibilities
- Available to start 11 March 2024
- Support customers over the phone to: answer general questions pertaining to their plans, file new or follow-up on service requests
- Ensure that all customer queries need to be answered as per defined processes and procedures
- Be responsible to ensure that all customer queries and problems get resolved within the KPIs
- Be a reliable and trustworthy team member
- Attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry on customers files
- Be passionate about providing excellent Customer Service and show great empathy
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- High School or University Graduate preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable navigating around several programs
- Experience using Salesforce preferred
