Job Description: We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our family as a Customer Service Administrator/Receptionist. In this multifaceted role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining smooth office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure phone and email enquiries and orders are processed quickly and accurately.
- Keeping customers up to date regarding delivery capabilities or delays.
- Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of our products to be able to answer any customer queries.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Accurately handle transactions and maintain meticulous records.
- Support office organization through filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
To be successful:
Have a bubbly personality with previous Customer Service experience!
Being able to work as part of a team with strong communication skills.
An ability to share our passion with customers and provide them with a great Madhouse experience.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational abilities with an eye for detail.
Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with a knack for precise data entry.
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, creating strong connections with customers.
The ability to resolve customer complaints and proactively attend to the customers needs.
