The Role
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely manner
- Actioning and responding to customer enquires via email or phone
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Collaborating seamlessly with various departments to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns
- Nurturing strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 4:30pm
About you:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
- A proactive and optimistic approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience within a Call Centre environment is essential
- Permanent resident/Citizen only
