THE ROLE
Our Direct Sales & Service team is looking for an individuals with great attitudes and exceptional work ethic to join our team. Our team commits to creating the best experience for our customers before, during and after purchasing our products- no two customers are the same! The ideal candidate will be willing to work casually, within a 7 day rotating roster, with the capacity and availability to work up to 38 hours per week.
No two days are the same! You will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether it be helping to buy their dream product, or help with getting it all set up for a special day!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound and outbound sales & Customer Service enquiries.
- Engage with our customers across a number of platforms: livechat, phone, email & showroom located in the Southside of Brisbane.
- Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.
- Achieving and exceeding KPI targets with a focus on call quality and customer experience.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting and other after-sales enquiries.

- Prior contact centre experience is highly desirable but not essential - retail & Customer Service experience will be highly regarded.
