The Role
Our focus on sales growth has created the opportunity for a Customer Service Representative, to join our experienced, successful team located at Belmont. This is an opportunity for a person who has a passion to learn and develop within a sales environment. We will train you in all our systems and methods and provide product training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide customers with information and product knowledge.
- Liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure delivery targets are met.
- Preparing quotes and job bags for production
- General administration and housekeeping tasks
Skills & Experience
This role will be suitable for a person who has a friendly personality, is customer orientated, has good organisational skills, attention to detail along with the ability to work within a team.
Experience in Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Word) is required.
