The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join the Campbellfield team in our Fielders business as a Customer Service Representative. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
Our customers are a mix of homeowners and builders requiring a variety of superior products and solutions that we offer. Being the face of BlueScope, you will ensure all our customers receive exceptional service.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week.
No prior steel industry experience is necessary. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service.
What Will You Do?
This position offers diversity and opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. Alongside general sales and Customer Service responsibilities, your duties will include:
- interacting with our customers via phone and email managing quotes and queries
- following up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- administrational task
- scheduling and booking orders/shed components
- continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition

- experience working in a Customer Service environment
