About the Role
As a Customer Service Rep your duties include but are not limited to;
- Scheduling and tracking work for Pest Technicians;
- Receiving inbound customer enquiries and making outbound calls to customers, documenting correspondence accurately;
- Inputting invoices and completing data entry as required;
- Providing information about our products and services;
- Liaising and providing support to Line Managers as needed.
About you
We are looking for candidates with a positive mindset and the following;
- More than 1 years’ experience in a Customer Service environment;
- Scheduling experience in a service industry;
- Clear verbal and written communication skills;
- Confident in conversing with different types of customers;
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;
- Ability to use multiple programs/systems and screens simultaneously;
- Strong computer and accurate data entry skills;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel; and
- An ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
The successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol and criminal history checks.
