We are a leading wholesale cleaning and hospitality products supplier on the Sunshine Coast, offering a wide range of high-quality and eco-friendly products for the commercial, industrial, child care, education and hospitality sectors. We are looking for a new person to join our close-knit team.
The Role:
This role will combine your Customer Service, Retail Sales and Administrative experience and skills. You will work in a fast paced environment that is anything but quiet and boring!
- Provide exceptional Customer Service in our retail outlet at our Noosaville warehouse.
- Present product information and pricing to customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide excellent communication to our customers relating to their orders.
- Use your vibrant personality to connect with our customers, build rapport to maintain their trust and loyalty.
- Assist with pick and pack for customer orders from walk-in sales.
- Assist the office with entering orders and invoicing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- IT fluency and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A positive attitude, with a can-do approach, be a good listen with a friendly and helpful manner.
