In a typical week in this job, you are likely to do the following things:
- Answer incoming interactions across phone, email and live chat, to discuss participant obligations
- Manage appointment enquiries for participants
- Provide information and advice on a broad range of employment services to participants, employers and other stakeholders
- Discuss and resolve compliance issues with participants who may have missed requirements
- Liaise effectively and professionally with other CVGT staff and external organisations
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of stakeholder information
- Maintain accurate records of conversations to improve participant servicing
- Perform required administrative tasks to assist in overall operations
- Maintain competency and compliance in the role, in line with Quality and Performance Framework
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills including empathy and conflict resolution
- Well-developed problem-solving techniques
- Resilience and the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Experience working within, or the ability to learn, all aspects of a Customer Service Centre
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to adapt to software used specifically for the role
- High Level attention to detail
- Contribute positively to the overall success of the CSC team and the wider business.
