About the Role
Our client has a fulfilling position as a Customer Service Specialist, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead independent and meaningful lives. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Build Trust:Create long lasting, empathetic relationships through
- Support:Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and SMS professionally and efficiently.
- Assist Independence:Explain the benefits of Plan Management and NDIS requirements (training provided).
- Administration:Maintain accurate records of interactions for auditing purposes.
- Problem Resolution:Address and resolve customer queries and challenges.
- Communication:Be a great communicator.
You will have 2 years of experience in a call Centre environment and be able to use multiple systems daily.
