About the Role
Our client has a fulfilling position as a Customer Service Specialist, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead independent and meaningful lives. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Build Trust:Create long lasting, empathetic relationships through  
• Support:Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and SMS professionally and efficiently.
• Assist Independence:Explain the benefits of Plan Management and NDIS requirements (training provided).
• Administration:Maintain accurate records of interactions for auditing purposes.
• Problem Resolution:Address and resolve customer queries and challenges.
• Communication:Be a great communicator.

To be successful in the role you will have exceptional customer ser4vice and will be a real team player.  You’ll enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment and you will get great satisfaction from helping those participants in the disability sector.
You will have 2 years of experience in a call Centre environment and be able to use multiple systems daily.
