Job Description
Ensuring our customers have a positive experience is integral to how we operate. We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our high performing Operations team.
You’ll strategically manage inbound and outbound communications, solve stakeholder challenges, and provide insights on continual improvement. You will be part of a resourceful and collaborative team that will strive towards shared success. There are a few things that we’ll need you to be across from the start and your role may evolve over time but, in the 1st instance, here’s an insight into what you could be doing:
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through effective handling of requests via phone, email, social and chat.
Provide optimum levels of service by responding to enquiries professionally, listening and developing a rapport with the customer.
Promote merchant and customer satisfaction by identifying and understanding needs and undertaking problem solving to provide appropriate resolution.
Review applications and follow internal policies and credit guidelines.
Develop deep expertise in how the Payright processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes.
Qualifications
