Customer Service Specialist

Busy in-bound Customer Service call centre in Springfield is seeking confident staff to provide a high level of Customer Service, care and advice. You must be able to think on your feet, be able to write notes in high level detail and be willing to learn. Customer service, admin and reception experience is highly regarded.

You will be handling inbound and outbound calls including account explanations, help with log in issues or link to mygov, re-issue letters or establishing repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations. **public transport, on-going work, great incentives** Full training Provided ( 2 weeks FT paid ) Internal constant Development
