The Role:This full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm) is instrumental in shaping our business and brand through exceptional
Customer Service. Ideal for proactive individuals who thrive on diverse tasks and excel in building strong customer relationships. This role is for you if you derive satisfaction from making a difference.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls with excellence, ensuring a superior service experience for customers
- Foster proactive communication and cultivate relationships with external clients
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions to customers
- Oversee office facilities and amenities
Requirements- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service, with a passion for being the central hub of the business
- Professional phone etiquette and enjoyment in engaging with people telephonically
- Proficiency in MS Office and sound computer skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, as endorsed by others
