Your career in healthcare made personalAt Medibank we've recently unified our health services under one brand - Amplar Health.With over 1000 employees, our nurses, GPs and other amazing allied health professionals our focus is on improving healthcare experiences and championing greater access, choice, and control for people in Australia when it comes to managing their health.The OpportunityThe Business Support Officer will provide administrative support to Amplar's operational teams that will enable the delivery of Homecare & Virtual programs, Aged Care services, improvement projects and initiatives across our health brand, Amplar Health.The focus of this position is on delivering effective general administration/coordination, payroll support, stock/equipment coordination, reporting, and other support functions across the Amplar Health Operations division.Working as part of a small and close-knit team, you will work across 7 key areas:
- Onboarding and offboarding - providing administrative support, ensuring IT tickets are lodged, and relevant information is collected and stored
- Follow up and manage the Credentialing documentation of new employees and ongoing renewals of existing employees
- Payroll support and coordination
- Provide finance-related support - i.e. invoice management
- Records management - document version control, templates, policies, procedures, managing insurances.
- Stock - forecasting & actioning stock replenishing to ensure orders & delivery of stock are on time
- Travel Management
