An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer service officer to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. The role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis working remotely and living in the Kimberley / Pilbara. The ideal applicant will have a genuine interest in people with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and strong commitment to quality service!

The company’s Software platform gathers data from its on-farm monitors and converts it to actionable insights that inform better Farm Management decisions and actively engages the customer for better asset and resource utilisation.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Customer Service Manager and other Customer service officers on daily tasks
- Ensure smooth and effective operation of all forms of Customer service
- Provide a high level of service to our customers
- Manage customer accounts on our CRM, our software platform and other systems
- Responding to customer inquiries over all forms of communication and providing a quality solution
- Coordinating logistics updates with customers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping to ensure files are up to date
- Following the call-up process to confirm customer order details
- Always Acting in a prompt and courteous manner
- Working with the Customer service team to implement continuous improvement.
- Answering the phone and handling inbound queries

Desirable Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service positions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- A positive and collaborative attitude
- Confident problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management
- Team player
- Experience with word, excel and power point
