Customer Service Specialist

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer service officer to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. The role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis working remotely and living in the Kimberley / Pilbara. The ideal applicant will have a genuine interest in people with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and strong commitment to quality service!

The company’s Software platform gathers data from its on-farm monitors and converts it to actionable insights that inform better Farm Management decisions and actively engages the customer for better asset and resource utilisation.

• Live in Northern WA and have experience with cattle stations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Customer Service Manager and other Customer service officers on daily tasks
• Ensure smooth and effective operation of all forms of Customer service
• Provide a high level of service to our customers
• Manage customer accounts on our CRM, our software platform and other systems
• Responding to customer inquiries over all forms of communication and providing a quality solution
• Coordinating logistics updates with customers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate record-keeping to ensure files are up to date
• Following the call-up process to confirm customer order details
• Always Acting in a prompt and courteous manner
• Working with the Customer service team to implement continuous improvement.
• Answering the phone and handling inbound queries
• Reporting

Desirable Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in Customer Service positions
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills
• A positive and collaborative attitude
• Confident problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management
• Team player
• Experience with word, excel and power point
