Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Robina Delivery Centre working with one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds.
Key Role Details:
Start date 7th May 2024
$26.18 per hour + super and penalty rates
Permanent, full-time opportunities
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm
Inbound contact centre role
4 weeks full time paid training 7th May -3rd June
Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for Customer Service and account management
Understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience
Assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements
Support customers through multiple channels. Commencing on our voice line and moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and email
Guide employers through their employee superannuation obligations
Conduct eligibility checks for early release of super
Work across systems and knowledge base to successfully address customer enquiries
Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information

Who are you?
You believe quality Customer Service is paramount when dealing with customers. No contact centre experience necessary but Customer Service skills are a must!
Must have full working rights in Australia and be at least 18 years of age
Confident and capable in using computers and systems
Passionate about Customer Service and an excellent communicator
Ability and desire to achieve targets and KPI’s
Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt and retain product knowledge in dynamic and evolving markets
