About the role
Provide outstanding customer service and administration support to a variety of Financial Advisers and Members working in a great, stable team. Utilise your exceptional quality assurance skills in maintaining accurate information and correspondence.

As part of your daily duties you will be responsible for:
Liaise and manage a range of phone calls and administration of queries and information from customers and the internal team
Providing a high level of service to key internal and external parties
Assisting with audits of client documentation
Receiving and handling customer calls and following up via phone or email
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven Customer Service and Administrative skills
A willingness to be proactive and problem-solve
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail
