We are looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. Based in our Melbourne office in Australia, you’ll join the dedicated team of Customer Service for APAC. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Dealing with general customer queries through phone & email.
- Processing customer orders in SAP.
- Handling replenishment from supplying plant into ANZ & inbound into 3PL.
- Issuing delivery order (DO) to 3PL.
- Follow up with order queries and freight status/tracking with 3PL (Mainfreight).
- Collation and processing of documentation for customer needs.
- Provide a high level of personalized Customer Service to internal/external stakeholders.
Experience and skills required
- Knowledge and proficiency with SAP is essential
- Attention to detail
- Passionate about customers and going above and beyond
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
