As a Customer Service Specialist, your days will comprise of;
- Technical customer support by phone, email or chat
- Recording consumer data into Zendesk
- Creating FAQ's and help files to our online customer support
- Management of daily web and warranty orders
- Inventory management and communication
- Assisting the Operations & Product Departments
The successful applicant for this role will have the following skills and attributes:

- Intermediate to advanced level of MS office including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
